This care home offers a safe and comfortable place for residents to receive a high standard of care by our team of experienced carers. Meadowyrthe Residential Home aims to provide a homely environment, with a range of on-site facilities, including a gorgeous garden area. 

The home is accommodated by elderly residents, over the age of 55, who aren’t able to be cared for at their own homes. They are provided with 24-hour care and support to enable them to continue to live as independently as possible in a safe and friendly environment. Our care services include toileting, showering, medication, dressing and supporting mobility needs. We also organise social events and help residents to engage in hobbies.
