Jubilee Court

Jubilee Court operates on a domiciliary care model, providing self-contained housing for individuals aged over 55. Residents live independently in their own apartments—either renting or owning—while having access to personal and domestic care services that support them to maintain their independence. Nexxus Care has been delivering care services within Jubilee Court since 2023.

Built in 1978 and refurbished in 2010, Jubilee Court has been in operation for over 45 years. The scheme comprises 41 apartments, and care is currently provided to a proportion of residents living within the court.

The building is owned by housing provider Care Plus, who have created a welcoming, homely, and friendly environment. Jubilee Court also benefits from a large, attractive garden area, which is a popular social space for residents.

Referrals are managed slightly differently within this setting. When a new resident moves into Jubilee Court, the housing provider carries out an initial assessment to determine whether care support is required. If a need is identified, Care Plus liaises with Nexxus Care to confirm whether there is capacity to deliver the required support. Where Nexxus Care can safely and effectively accommodate the requested hours, care will commence as soon as possible, subject to pre-admission assessments.

Nexxus Care is able to provide a wide range of care packages, including both brokerage and privately funded support.
