Multiple care vacancies available at our care home in Burntwood– Bracken House.

Bracken House is a 34 bedded residential home located in Burntwood, Staffordshire. All of our residents have a diagnosis of Dementia and are cared for according to their needs; supporting with washing, dressing, toileting and mobility needs. Medication administration support is offered by the senior care team.

Other positions at Bracken House include domestic assistants, kitchen assistants, cooks, activities coordinators, maintenance and management roles.

Your duties will include providing person-centred care, following a dedicated care plan. Carrying out self-care tasks including washing, dressing, bathing, and continence care.
